Now Hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist or PT Assistant

Looking for a change from high-volume clinics and burnout culture?

PT2U is a mobile outpatient physical therapy practice delivering one-on-one care directly to patients in their homes throughout Southern Oregon. We are currently hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team.

Why PT2U?

Our patients range from post-op and orthopedic recovery to chronic pain, balance training, and return-to-sport needs.

Many are underserved due to barriers getting to a clinic - you'll be bringing PT to them where it makes the most impact.

  • ✅ Low-Stress, High-Reward Work Environment: Focus on patient care without the distractions of a traditional clinic setting.
  • 📅 Flexible Scheduling: You’ll have the ability to modify your own schedule around personal and family needs. Work as much or as little as you'd like.
  • 👥 Manageable Caseload: We typically see a maximum of 4–6 patients per day, giving you time to do your best work.
  • 💰 Competitive Pay Structure: Choose between traditional per-appointment reimbursement or a percentage-based model that scales with your performance.
  • 📈 Room for Growth: This part-time position has the potential to expand to full-time quickly for the right candidate.

Who We're Looking For

  • An Oregon-licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Someone with a passion for one-on-one care and patient independence.
  • Someone comfortable working autonomously in a mobile care model.
  • Someone seeking to lower their work stress and move away from the back-to-back approach common in outpatient clinics.

Ready to Make a Change?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a flexible, rewarding care model that prioritizes patient outcomes and therapist well being. Whether you're looking to supplement existing hours or transition into a more meaningful full-time role, we want to hear from you.

📩 Apply today by emailing your resume to

"Jeremy is a superb therapist, and he comes directly to your home!   I appreciated all the exercises he provided that I may do on my own to heal from injuries.  He was able to identify the root of my problem, and I was able to do all the exercises and heal on my own.  I like knowing this is a permanent fix, not just temporary.  I would highly recommend him."

"Jeremy Brady is exceptional.  He has a warm, gentle style.  He is very focused on listening to you, doing a thorough assessment, and coming up with a plan for optimal improvement that you can both commit to. I was with Jeremy before he started his mobile business.  His knowledge of the body is impressive. In fact, he knows more than some doctors.  I would follow him anywhere!"

"Jeremy is an excellent PT. He's a good listener, smart, thoughtful, thorough. He explains the treatment and exercises. At home services are SO convenient.  He's easy to reach and cares about his business and clients. I love the app where I can track my exercises. This has kept me consistent, which is always a struggle. PT2U is highly recommended!"

"Very professional and informative.  I am grateful Jeremy will come to my home.  This was my first appointment with him. With the information he provided, me I was able to decrease the swelling in my ankle I had following surgery a week prior in one night.  So grateful.  I look forward to working with Jeremy PT2U following my upcoming knee surgery.   Thank you."

"Physical therapy involves body and mind. I have been deeply inspired by Jeremy’s knowledge around body mechanics and the way the brain is involved. He has shared many examples with me to deepen my own understanding  of what is or isn’t happening and why. This is great because I love to learn, and at the same time it reminds me I am not alone. Every session he makes sure I feel successful and we’ve ended on a high note. I’d recommend him to any person wanting to make improvements, and who is seeking a PT who is dedicated to follow through!"
